Cancellation Policy

Bookings are confirmed once approved by The Learner Co. Driving School. We will contact you to confirm your lesson and provide payment details. Payment is required prior to your scheduled lesson. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change. - Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson. - Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur the full lesson fee. - If we need to reschedule your lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange another suitable time. Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive late, your lesson will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other bookings. No Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled lesson without notifying us, the full lesson fee will be charged. Weather Policy: Lessons will generally proceed in wet weather unless conditions are considered unsafe. If a lesson needs to be postponed due to severe weather, we will contact you to arrange an alternative time. Practical Driving Test Package: The Driving Test Success Plan includes the assessment lesson and use of our vehicle for the practical driving test. Queensland Transport test booking fees are not included.
