Service Description
Build the skills and confidence needed to become a safe, capable and independent driver. This plan includes 10 structured driving lessons with personalised instruction tailored to your progress, confidence and individual learning needs. Book your first lesson online, and we'll contact you to schedule your remaining nine lessons at times that suit you. Cancellation Policy
Bookings are confirmed once approved by The Learner Co. Driving School. Payment is required by bank transfer before your lesson. For learners under 18, a parent or guardian must accept these terms. Cancellations: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. With notice, single lessons and the Driving Test Success Plan can be refunded or credited, and package lessons stay in your package. With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you don’t attend, the full lesson fee applies (package holders lose one lesson). Late arrival: Lessons finish at the scheduled time. If we’re late, you get your full time or a pro-rata credit. Learner requirements: Bring your current QLD learner licence. Lessons can’t proceed if the learner has no licence, is unwell, or is affected by alcohol, drugs or medication. This is treated as a late cancellation. If we need to reschedule: For instructor illness, vehicle issues or severe weather, we’ll reschedule at no cost and extend your package if needed. If we can’t provide your remaining lessons within a reasonable time, we may offer an extension or a refund of unused lessons at the package rate. Packages: Valid for 12 months from purchase. If you cancel a package early, completed lessons are recalculated at $90 each and the balance refunded. You’ll never be charged more than you paid. Refunds: Request by email. Refunds are paid within 14 business days of being confirmed in writing, to the original payment method. Driving Test Success Plan: Includes a pre-test lesson and use of our car for your test.
